Well, here are the first crop of irises at the new homestead. They took some serious abuse, being transplanted in June of 1998 in the heat of the summer, again in December of 1998, and then stored in plastic bags in the pump house until April 1999 when they were finally planted on the homestead. I actually got about a dozen blooms in 1999, but this spring of 2000 has been a BONANZA of irises. I quit counting at over 100 in each of the two beds. Here are some of the more striking ones, some which NEED IDENTIFYING please.
